16. Brijdd's  failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by User under the Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right nor a waiver of Brijdd ’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

17. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in India.

 

18. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
